The idea began with a simple need: a more personalized Pilates experience. Smaller class sizes. The space to truly see, understand, and address each participant. But small didn’t mean settling — not for size, and not for quality of practice. The studio we’ve created is light and airy, never cramped or crowded, equipped for a complete practice with reformer, chair, cadillac, ladder barrel, and spine arc.
As a small business owner, this mission is deeply personal to me. Form was born from a desire to build something different – a practice designed for people who want more than a workout. An experience that caters to the individual, challenges body and mind, and supports real growth and progress. Ambitious, curious clients, whatever their pilates background or physical condition.
Everyone is welcome here. And every body is seen and considered in how we practice. That’s one of the core ideas behind the studio: a bespoke experience that only a smaller, boutique setting can offer – made safe and rewarding by experienced instructors and high-quality equipment.
This is Pilates built around you, not the other way around.
